We are very pleased we called Albert's Plumbing and Drain Service! Albert and his son came to our home to install a new dishwasher, new shut-off valves, a kitchen faucet, and a garbage disposal. Albert kept us in the loop during each install process and answered all of our questions in a precise and kind way. The dishwasher was very old, and Albert vacuumed the space and cleaned it thoroughly before he installed the new dishwasher. He also spent time with us discussing the process for adding a new water heater in the near future. We also enjoyed coordinating our job with Raquel at the office. Albert’s crew started on schedule and finished within their estimated duration including extra work to address unforeseen conditions The crew worked hard every day and was very responsive and provided good customer service and communication. The finished cost including extra work was fair and reasonable. Albert tipped me off to a City rebate program which will pay $1200 for the work!!!

Everyone without fail was professional, friendly and efficient, from the office staff to the men who dug the trench. The job was done quickly and even the concrete work Johnny did was absolutely first rate. Cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was done. They even rearranged the scheduling of the job so that it would be done before planned guests arrived. Highly recommended!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we were hesitant to call a plumber into our home. We recently had two clogged drains and were referred to Albert's Plumbing & Drain Service. Raquel promptly returned our call for a service call and was able to schedule us in for an appointment the next day. Jacob came up arriving on time, wearing a mask, and using shoe covers. He was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

From the first call scheduling an appointment with Raquel who was so friendly to Jacob (plumber) who came to my house to fix my wobbly toilet, this is definitely a company I will use again and recommend. Jacob was on time, very polite, efficient and knew what needed to be done and went right at it. I had left a message with two other local plumbers and never received a call back. Albert's plumbing came out to clear a culvert that had become plugged up over the years. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk with. We had gotten several other quotes, and Albert's plumbing was the best price as well.

We had Albert's Plumbing do a big and complicated job for is and it went incredibly well. Could not be more satisfied. It took investigation to find the problem, then we realizing there were no easy fixes due to previous property owners lazy choices, and they came up with temp fix to get us through a few weeks of rain until the ground dried enough to dig, and then they designed and installed a good permanant solution. So glad to have them to help us through that.
